You don’t have to figure everything out alone.

I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, difficulties with stress and time management by helping them explore not just their thoughts, but also the sensations and patterns held within the body.

About Me

Gene Lee

A trauma-informed psychotherapist and counselor using an integrative, somatic-aware approach rooted in ACT, CBT, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Psychodynamic exploration.

Originally from Malaysia and previously lived in the United States and currently living in Prague, I am exposed to different cultures and will take that into consideration when working with you. I speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.

Being an expat and former international student myself, I know what it's like to deal with emotional difficulties in a foreign country. Living abroad can be exciting— but it can also stir anxiety, low mood, isolation, or old emotional wounds. Together, we will explore what your mind and body are carrying so you can feel grounded, balanced, and connected again..
